•        If you require doubt clearance, consultation, filing, or support services, please select the respective services rather than enrolling in the course.
•        We do not offer the above services for free along with our courses.
•        Additional services will be charged based on the volume of work involved.

 

 

Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Introduction

 These terms and conditions govern the enrollment and usage of online recorded courses provided by us, hereinafter referred to as "the Firm".

 

2. Enrollment Process

• Interested subscribers shall contact us through WhatsApp.
• Upon contact, we shall provide subscribers with Terms and Conditions, Course Fee, and a Course Details video.
• Subscribers are required to review the provided information and seek clarifications before proceeding with enrollment.

3. Enrollment Confirmation

• Subscribers who wish to enroll in the course shall reply with 'Yes' after reviewing the course details.
• Upon receiving confirmation, we shall send a payment link.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after we receive a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

4. Course Access

 

• After payment confirmation, we shall send the course link to the subscriber's provided email address.
• The course link is exclusive to the provided email address and cannot be shared.
• Subscribers are responsible for saving the link and are discouraged from requesting multiple link transmissions.

5. Course Usage

 

• ·      Subscribers have unlimited access to the course during the validity period.
•        Upon expiry, access to the course will be automatically terminated unless the subscriber chooses to extend the validity period by paying the applicable fee.

6. Study Materials

 

•         For courses including study materials, it is clarified that materials such as ICAI         Intermediate study materials are not owned by us and are provided for reference  purposes only.
•      We do not sell study materials that are freely available on the respective institute's website.

7. Intellectual Property

 

•         All rights to the course content are protected by intellectual property laws.
•        Copying or distributing course materials without authorization is prohibited and may        lead to legal action.

8. Communication

 

•         Communication with us is limited to WhatsApp text and voice notes; direct calling is not permitted.
•         Email support for doubt clearing is provided solely for course content-related queries. We reserve the right to determine whether a subscriber's query is eligible for answering under course content. Our decision in this matter shall be final and binding.

9. Liability

 

•       We shall not be liable for any claims or refunds after the course link is sent to the subscriber's email address.

10. Dispute Resolution

 

•   Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

11. Amendments

 

•       We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

12. Refund Policy

 

•        We do not offer refunds once the course link has been sent to the subscriber's email address. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

13. Privacy Policy

 

•        We are committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers. Any personal information collected during the enrollment process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Prohibited Activities

 

•        Subscribers are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reselling course materials to third parties. Any such activities may result in immediate termination of access to the course without refund.

15. Technical Requirements

 

• Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection to view the course content. We are not responsible for any technical issues on the subscriber's end.

16. Indemnification

 

•  Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of the course materials.

17. Governing Law

 

•  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction of our choice. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Jurisdiction of our choice.

18. Severability

 

•  If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

 

•      These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the subscriber and us regarding the online recorded courses, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

20. Waiver

 

•        Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
